Enjoy your breakfast on the beach
A beach breakfast only works if the house can reach the sand without a performance. The chef cooks; someone carries the tray the last few metres.
What is on the tray
Fruit cut that morning, something warm, and coffee that is still hot when it arrives. The menu can be as local as the country or as familiar as breakfast at home.
Wind and sand are part of the plan, so the service stays simple.
Ask the night before
The chef needs a time. Early light is the usual request. If the beach is shared or the path is steep, the terrace is the honest alternative.
