Aventura is located in the private community of Roc Flamands.

In addition to have an exceptional view, this villa is the most private of the community.

We can admire the entire Flamands bay, the ocean and the islands of Saint Martin and Anguilla on the horizon.

Our clients especially liked the large living opened onto the ocean view, the decks around the villa, the covered terrace and the Jacuzzi hanged over the sea. A lot of our guests told us, that the sunrise in the Jacuzzi, was a magic moment.

The private estate of Roc Flamands is made of 14 private villas; Art, Roc Flamands 11 and Aventura are part of it.
